To provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans, quotas and company objectives. Responsible for generating leads through phone calls, social media and emails.
The Inside Sales & Lead Generation position is responsible for selling corporate products or services through the achievement of opportunity based sales.
The position will develop phone based revenue generation by establishing ongoing rapport with existing and potential customer using excellent telephone sales and communications skills.
Reaching business targets through creation of sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, answering incoming calls from prospective clients and following up on leads. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.
- Research, track, maintain and update leads
- Make outgoing calls to develop new business
- Contact prospects to qualify leads
- Research and maintain lead generation database
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events
- Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines
- Cold-call and email prospects to qualify the lead; identify decision makers to begin sales process
- Receive inbound prospect calls; answer questions and offer suggestions based on a thorough knowledge of the product line; qualify prospects prior to offering a site visit.
- Client Account maintenance in CRM database, account collections.
